DRESS REHEARSALS

Thursday, May 29th & Friday, May 30th 
Hays Performing Arts Center

We’ll be holding a FULL DRESS REHEARSAL on Thursday, May 29th, and Friday, May 30th at the Hays PAC.

​​

Each class will be assigned to a specific rehearsal block, which will last approximately one hour. During this time, dancers will have the opportunity to practice their routines on stage with full costumes and lighting.

​

We can’t wait to see our dancers shine as they prepare for their big moment!

RECITALS

Saturday, May 31st
Hays Performing Arts Center

Join us for our recital performances on Saturday, May 31st, with shows at 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 5:00 PM.

​

Each class will be assigned a specific showtime, and dancers should arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled performance to ensure they’re ready to shine.

RECITAL TICKETS

  • On Sale Starting: May 1st

  • Ticket Prices:

    • $12 for adults and children ages 10 and up

    • $7 for children under 10

  • Important Note:

    • Tickets will not be sold at the door — all tickets must be purchased in advance.​​​​

DIGITAL ADS

  • Deadline: All ads must be submitted by Saturday, May 3rd.

  • Available for Purchase:

    • $25 per ad (prepared and submitted by you)

    • $40 per ad (prepared by PAD staff – simply submit a photo and wording you'd like to use)

  • Payment: Payable by cash, check, or credit card (with convenience fees applied).

  • Ad Details:

    • Ads will be played throughout each recital.

    • All advertisements must be sized appropriately (4:3 ratio).

    • Submit your ad by email.

T-SHIRTS

  • Dancers performing in the recital will receive a T-shirt as part of their recital fee — no need to order online.

  • Purchasing Additional Shirts:

    • To order extra shirts, log into your Parent Portal, click the drop-down menu, select "Shop" and then "Store."

    • All additional T-shirt orders must be placed by Wednesday, April 23rd.

  • T-Shirt Pricing:

    • Child Sizes – $25

    • Adult Sizes – $25

    • Adult 2XL or Larger – $27

FLOWER & CANDY BOUQUETS

  • Congratulate your dancer with a beautiful bouquet of flowers or a candy bouquet!

  • Bouquets can be picked up before your recital on May 31st, 2025 at the PAC.

  • Complete your order online here.

  • Order & Payment Deadline: Orders and payments are due by May 24, 2025.

  • Prepared by: All bouquets are prepared by Girl Scout Troop 1687.

DRESS REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

All PAD classes are scheduled to participate in a Full Dress Rehearsal on Thursday, May 29th and/or Friday, May 30th. Please review your dancer’s assigned rehearsal block by clicking through the tabs below.

What to Expect:

  • Arrival: Upon arrival, dancers will be guided to their designated dressing rooms by PAD staff.

  • Timing: Each rehearsal block will last approximately one hour.

  • Costumes: Dancers must arrive in their first costume, with a cover-up over it. We recommend an oversized button-down shirt for easy changes.

  • Shoes: All dance shoes should be clearly labeled with your dancer’s first and last name.

  • Important: Rehearsal blocks do not run in show order. Be sure to double-check both the date and class name when locating your dancer’s rehearsal time.
