Tuition Information 

 

Family Discounts:

10% off monthly tuition for each additional child. NOT AVAILABLE for Summer Camps/ Punch Cards or VDC/ PADLock Tuition.

 

Annual Registration Fees for the September - May Dance Season: 

$50 per child

$25 each additional child

$40 for adult classes

** Registration fees are non-refundable/non-transferable.

Tuition Information for September - May Dance Season:

Tuition is billed on a monthly basis. Monthly tuition is never pro-rated but determined from an average of entire classes from September - May. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. If a payment is received after the 10th of each month, a $25.00 late fee is added to the student’s account.

There is a returned check fee of $35. Payment for returned items must be taken care of in a timely manor. Pivotal Academy of Dance accepts cash, check and/or credit card.

Pivotal Academy of Dance follows the major holiday schedule of HCISD. Pivotal Academy of Dance does not issue refunds for holidays. When a student is sick or misses class due to another schedule conflict, he/she can make up that class on another day in a class closest to his/her level.

Recital and Costume Fees for September - May Dance Season:

Fall Holiday Performance:​  

$20 per dancer (Professional digital download)

No Costume Fee. (Tights may be requested depending on the class)

• October 14th: Holiday Show Digital Download Fee Due

 

Spring Recital Fees: 

$70 per dancer (Includes recital t-shirt & professional digital download of Spring Recital)

$50 per sibling (Includes recital t-shirt)

• November 15th: Spring Recital 1st Class Costume Fee Due 

• December 1st: Spring Recital 2nd Class Costume Fee Due 

• December 15th: Spring Recital 3rd Class Costume Fee Due 

• January 10th:  Spring Recital FINAL Class Costume Fees Due 

• February 15th:  Spring Recital Fee Due 

 

Costume Fees: 

$80 per class (Includes tights) - Combo Class, BTJ, & Bitty Bop

$85 per class (Includes tights) - Level Classes (Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Musical Theater & Contemporary)

*As a result of recent tariff-related cost increases, have implemented a modest rate adjustment to help offset these rising costs.

Note: If you would like to set up a payment plan for costumes, this must be communicated to the studio management by November 15th (the first costume fee due date). There will be a $25 late fee added to costume fees if not paid by the due dates.
